Oatmeal Protein Pancakes
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

½ cup dry Old Fashion Oats
1 scoop protein powder
2 egg whites
1 packet Splenda
1/3 cup water
*may add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
*may add 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Sugar-free syrup
Pam Spray

Instructions:

In blender mix all ingredients EXCEPT sugar-free syrup. Blend until consistency is that of batter.

Spray pan with Pam Butter Spray and put on medium heat. Pour batter into pan making 5 inch pancakes. Cook a couple minutes on each side.

Top with sugar free syrup. Enjoy!

*May top with fresh berries.
