Chicken with Ginger and Sesame Seeds
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
6 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
Combine seeds, ginger paste and soy sauce and set aside. Pierce each chicken breast with a fork a few times on both sides and brush some of the soy sauce mixture over each side, saving some for basting. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Then grill chicken breasts over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
