Italian Cottage Cheese Snack
Makes one high protein snack

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. fat-free Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano, or to taste
Pinch garlic salt, or to taste

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together and eat chilled. For added crunch, spread on whole wheat crisp crackers.
