Steak Salad
Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2/3 cup French’s Bold’ Spicy Brown Mustard
½ cup water
¼ cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated and peeled
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 lb flank steak, 1-inch thick
8 cups mixed salad greens, washed and torn
1 medium yellow or orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly shredded
¼ cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts

Instructions:

        1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic.  Set 1 cup of dressing mixture aside.

  1. Broil or grill steak for approximately 10 minutes or until desired tenderness, basting steak with the remaining dressing mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  1. Place salad greens onto 4 plates. Thinly slice steak and evenly divide over greens. Top with bell pepper, green onion and peanuts. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
