Turkey Burgers
Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey breast
2 egg whites
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 fat free cheese slices optional

*the chopped veggies will help keep the turkey moist

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except for cheese slices in a bowl. Shape into 4 patties, approximately 3/4” thick. Spray a large frying pan with Pam Spray and place all 4 patties in pan. Cover and cook over medium heat approximately 6 minutes on each side or until insides are no longer pink. May top with a slice of fat free cheese and serve on multi-grain bun.
